I purchased this on amazon, i do my own acrylic nails. This product is amazing for the price. I love it and have two just because i use one for mani and one for pedi. I love that it has a speed control and a rotator control. It comes with different bits depending on what you do with your nail, file, shine, gel removal etc… i highly recommend super easy to use even if you have never used one before.

So this is the Melody Susie Sheen Nail Drill. I ordered this in 2019. 5 STARS y'all!! It gets all five stars from me because it's just that good and still works as it did the day I bought it, 3 years ago. My bf loves for me to do his nails with this 😆 (he's a diva too). First thing I noticed when I unboxed it is it doesn't feel light, plastic-y and cheap. It has a "for professionals" feel to it. You may not know what I mean but you'll see once you order one. It works so good y'all! It comes with 6 drill bits and a case for storage, 6 sanding bands of diff grit levels, a baggie of sanding bands, user manual, the actual electric drill, and the power cord. The drill has two spins: clockwise and counter, plus it has a dial to go fast or slower. And the best part, it does an awesome job! I can't even fit everything I want to say in this review. I store mines in this cute little Victoria Secrets bag and everything fits perfectly. I highly recommend you add this to your nail kits.ashley.s

I absolutely love this drill. The weight, color, and portability are amazing! It’s so pretty! I’m a beginner and it’s so easy to use. I can’t wait to get the matching LED lamp!! My photos don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful color. Came with everything in my photos. Only down side which isn’t that big of a deal or worth a return or exchange. The drill handle has a small scratch over the KS and the LCD screen has a dark spot on the top right but both aren’t that noticeable and don’t effect the use of the drill.Megan W.

I'm a licensed nail tech and I've always wanted this specific e-file from Kiara Sky but couldn't justify the price at the time. I believe I got this during their 20% entire site sale. Don't get me wrong, despite 20% off, it was still expensive but BOY DOES THIS WORK LIKE A DREAM. It's super quiet, powerful, and low maintenance. My drill arrived on Monday June 6th, 2022. I am blown away. This drill is awesome! There is absolutely no vibration and even at 35,000 there is almost no noise. I've tried many nail drill in the 22 years I've been doing my own nails. From the lower priced ones on Amazon ro more expensive brands like Medicool, iGel and Nail Genie. I love this drill! It is SO much easier to use and charging is fast. The most convenient thing I have and it makes doing nails hassle free! I�m super glad I bought it. The ONLY thing I would want changed is for the drill to be able to show the speed on a small screen or something. Otherwise it�s pretty easy to guess the speed also. The screen would just be a nice touch.

This drill has been so useful and saves so much time. It's my first e-file and it is so nice and easy to use that I feel completely comfortable using it after the second use. However the only bits I find useful are the sanding bit and the white rounded one but it's all I need and I haven't hurt myself or ruined my natural nails so I highly recommend.

It comes with a cloth zippered case and has form fitting places in the form of a plastic insert which holds the device and all of the accessories neatly. The plastic insert can be removed if you prefer. The case retains its shape if you remove the insert. The inside lid of the case has a mesh pocket where you can keep the power cord and the manual. The case does not have a handle. In the case: Power cord with a micro USB end to charge up the device, Dust shield, 10 attachments, and a User Guide. No plug for the cord. The attachments are: Sapphire cone – to remove dry skin and calluses from feet and manicures the toenails. Coarse Sapphire wheel – Files nails quickly Fine Sapphire wheel – Files nails. The plus and minus buttons on the device control the speed. There are 3 speed settings. The instructions say to always start at the lowest speed and only increase the speed if needed. I never used it any faster. I thought the slowest setting was more than adequate. There is an automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. I like that the device is cordless, because I was holding it at all sorts of different angles to do my pedicure. Nail dust was flying everywhere so I attached the Dust Shield to keep it from flying up in my face. It worked great for that. It doesn’t catch the dust. It just protects it from getting it in your eyes or accidentally breathing it in. There is an LED light. If you use one of the larger attachments, it will block the light from shining where you are working. Also it was too difficult to try to always keep the light on the area I was working. I did use it though. I would stop for a second and shine the light on the spot to better see how it was looking. My First Pedicure with the Beurer: I started out using the coarse sapphire wheel on my toenails. That quickly got them filed down. I switched to the Fine Sapphire wheel to smooth the edge and “fine tune" my nail filing. Next, I used the Sapphire cone to remove my cuticles from my toenails and to decrease some of the slight thickness of the nails on my great toes. Then I switched to the Pointed Grinder to get the cuticles at the corners and to fine tune any cuticles that I had missed, as well as getting the corners of my great toe nails. I followed that up with the Felt cone to buff my toenails. I used both the Fine Sapphire Callus file and the Sapphire Cone on calluses and dry skin on my feet. I really loved the sapphire cone and how it made my rough skin feel baby smooth. I used the Sapphire Cone mostly for that. You do not have to use a lot of pressure for the attachments to work. In fact, very little pressure will be much safer while providing excellent results. Also use the attachments in circular movements, except when shortening the nails. At first, I was trying to keep my feet positioned over a small waste basket, but dust was flying everywhere, so I ended up sitting on a bath mat and letting the dust fall onto the mat, which is easily washable, or can be vacuumed. Before retirement, I was an RN and often took care of diabetics, including their foot nail care. I would have loved to have had this tool. I feel with proper use (not too much pressure and using circular motions) it would be very suitable for them with minimal risk. When I was working, only an RN was allowed to do the nail care on a diabetic’s feet. The reason for this was because of the risk of injury using the sharp cutting tools that were the only things available at the time. This item was a replacement item for one that I broke.I dropped that handle and bent the tip which is a N0-No as it would not hold the burrs straight and they wobbled.The handle was deemed completely useless. It is almost as expensive to replace the tip if you can find one as it is to purchase a new unit.Since the unit belonged to someone else who was working in the shop. and it was part of her 34lively hood34 that I had destroyed, I bought her a new unit.She uses it every day in her work.She is very pleased with my purchase from Amazon..Barbara

When I received this I was a bit concerned as it says nothing about nails (see photos) and the instructions needed some detail. I tried it anyway and it does a decent job and my nails look nice. Has nice speed selection and easy to change tips. My husband used it on his wood model cars and it was great and said he might have to buy one as a hobby tool.

Sometimes buying cheap is more expensive. Speed adjuster is not the best. Don’t get me wrong is doing it’s job NOW because it’s new but I don’t think it’s going to last long . Now I’m stuck deviating if should return it , or just see how long my money will last .Zz

This is the worst drill on the market for convenient nail drills. I waited patiently for this to come and when it did let me tell. Let’s point out the first fact that the cord isn’t as long as they describe at all, the Emory pieces are very weak and collapse from the slightest compression, the drill is so weak my 90yr old grandmother could use this with absolutely no harm. My vibrator has more power than this drill. It’s not worth the money at all and the marketing information is false for the product. The reviews have to be made up because there is no way this device is rated a 4 out of 5. It’s a joke! Definitely sending back immediately!Shauna

I purchased the drill when it was on sale in February. After 6 months of carefully using it, the drill suddenly stop working. Contact the customer care, they advised to contact the Harmony Drill. I did send email and called like they advised but no resolve from any of the party. not worth $270van n.

I've had the drill for 2 weeks and it works great! The hand piece does heat up a little after prolonged use. Occasionally I will turn it off to let it breath for a bit. But the speed and power of it is great! I also love that you can turn it from Right to Left handed. The machine itself is of good quality, absolutely NOT cheap plastic like some other models out there. Definitely recommend.dayofthedeadgirl

Love all the sanding bands and it feels really professional for my first one. No issues thus far but will update if anything comes up. The dial is easy, the handheld feels comfortable and the extra items were a lovely bonus. The drill bits are easy to apply and beginner friendly. Excited for the sets to come! This is my second medicool file. My first one was bought second hand. Its been good to me for 10 years with regular handpiece maintenance. It will probably be my go to file as long as the company exists. This is a second file for my home business.For the record it comes with a grey handpiece cradle, the purple is my personal one. I recommend medicool hands down. Easy to change bits and the perfect weight handpiece, IMOamandazing

Has great power, had two of them now and with light use since 2015 both of the drills will not lock/release the bits. Blew them off as recommended. To expensive for what you get. Can buy similar electric files 5 times less. I do not recommend this for nail clients.Jerry

3 1/2 stars from me. Its ok but the Kupa UP200 is better, even though the Kupa is only 20,000rpms it doesnt overheat unlike the Medicool. The medicool over heats and the hand piece although light in weight is bulky in my hand because of the mechanism that allows you to change the carbide bits protrudes out a little bit. The Kupas handpeice is a bit heavier but it is more stream lined and made to be sturdier and doesnt overheat. The medicool is compact but still does not beat the Kupa. I am a professional nail technician, if my job requires me to do several acrylic nails fills or full sets in a row then I need something that wont heat up and get hot in my hand. I will be returning this as soon as I can and just shell out 150ish more for the Kupa. I own a medicool pro power pack that is rechargeable and though that the electric file for the table would be just as good, it is not. My portable power pack is better then this except it needs to be recharged which was why I bought the one for the table. I have included my coworkers Kupa and the medicool for comparasion. In our work stations there are holes in it so we can put our hand pieces in and mine does not fit in it but hers does, hence the reason why I say the medicools hand piece is bulky and not streamlined.TZE-LE

Ordered this item through my nail tech and after second use the hand set was getting hot – I turned it off and tried it again when it cooled down. It ran really slow and did heat up again and then it did not even turn on. We sent it back and after 4 weeks we received a repaired unit. Yep it did the same thing but on the first time I used it. Returned AGAIN and after 3 weeks received it back and they said it was a new handset but not a new base. Yep it did it again. Now they say it is out of warranty. I am so disappointed I will never buy anything from this company EVER!!! Waste of money and poor poor customer service.

First of all, I purchased a purple color and I received a white unit so Im giving it a 4 star. But testing the unit id say its very good! Attached some photos for reference. The unit itself is so lightweight and compact. I can take it anywhere and can easily fit in my tote bag. Great tool for investment for beginners and professionals alike. Dont expect professional results on day 1, but patience and practice will get you there. Im 7 months in and still mastering filing with my non-dominant hand but videos help. Remember to turn off the unit before switching b/t forward and reverse and when packing up for next time. Overall an excellent e-file for the price, highly recommend!Kathy
